Antibacterial activity of some common species used in indian kitchen and effect of it in combination

Identification of traditional remedies used in Indian household as antibacterial agent. A study was undertaken to document activity Curcumin. It is the most abundant polyphenol present dietary spice turmeric. Turmeric powder, derived from rhizome Curcuma longa, which associated Zingberiaceae family, and medicinal properties ginger extracts zingerber officianale were studied by agar diffusion method then combined effect both this herbal drug various concentration against gram positive negative organisms.
